Pick the first one. Beautiful does not have to mean physical beauty only. It can be anything. For the second one, it makes the guy sound rather full of himself and it doesnt matter which kind of beauty because it's all dependent on his love in the first place.

look deep into her eyes and answer, "i love you for who you are."
full stop. end of story.
i'll tell you why, coz loving the person for who he/she is encompasses every facet of the person's being.
besides, questions like those offers no win-win solution. don't corner yourself. hahaha! :)
